You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction (18+ in most regions) and legally able to enter into this Agreement. The Services are for personal, non-commercial use only.

You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. One account per person.

Every box lists its prize pool and per-item odds before purchase. Outcomes are generated by our provably fair system; each result can be independently verified using the published server seed, client seed and nonce. User-interface errors do not entitle you to any item not actually drawn by the system.

Prices are shown at checkout in the displayed currency, taxes included where applicable. Once an order is placed or a box is opened, the transaction is final and non-refundable except as required by law or as set out in the Refund Policy.

Won items can be shipped to the address on file or redeemed for in-platform credit per the displayed value. Shipping times, fees and availability vary by region and are shown before you confirm.

You agree not to: use bots, scripts or other automated means to interact with the Services; exploit bugs or manipulate outcomes; share, sell or transfer your account; use the Services for money laundering or any unlawful purpose; or harass other users or staff.

All content on the Services — including the brand, logo, text, graphics, software and box artwork — belongs to Boxora or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal enjoyment.

We may suspend, restrict or close any account that breaches these Terms, applicable law or our anti-abuse policies, including for suspected fraud or chargebacks. You may close your account at any time from account settings; outstanding orders will still be honored.

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boxora is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the platform; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Disputes will be resolved on an individual basis under the laws applicable to Boxora's place of business, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
