We collect user data strictly to provide a better product for our users and to enhance the user experience. This Privacy Policy is part of the Boxora Terms and Conditions and applies to all users of our services (the "Services"), including our products, content, website and applications. By using the Services, or by creating or linking an account, you signify your consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services or submit any personal information to us.

1. Personal Information We Collect
"Personal Information" is any information that could, alone or together with other information, identify a particular consumer or household — including username, password, email, real name, IP address and profile photo. We collect Personal Information when you voluntarily provide it through the Services, when you engage with our content on social media, through interactions with the Applications, by opening or clicking marketing emails, through third-party tracking pixels, and via single-sign-on with third-party platforms.
Categories collected may include: full name; contact info (address, phone, email); shipping address; date of birth; username; linked third-party account usernames and profile pictures; video/audio you submit; social data (followers, subscriptions); payment and banking information; location; site activity history, preferences and settings; and any other information you choose to submit.
2. How We Collect Information Through Technological Means
When you use the Services, your browser or device automatically sends us information such as domain name, IP address, browser type, pages viewed, files requested, operating system, software, API tokens, mobile network, device identifier, system activity, debug/crash data, and referral URLs. We use this to understand and improve the Services.
We and partners use cookies, web beacons, tracking pixels, flash cookies, HTML5 cookies, entity tags and similar technologies ("Cookies") to improve functionality, deliver the Services, authenticate users, remember preferences, deliver relevant advertisements and measure their effectiveness. You can disable Cookies in your browser, but parts of the Services may stop working.
3. How We Use and Disclose Information
We use information to deliver the Services; provide customer support; register and verify your account; supply goods or services you request; send administrative or promotional communications with your consent; respond to inquiries; ensure security; run contests; serve relevant ads; collect and disburse payments; perform analytics; and for any purpose required by law or to which you consent.
We may share Personal Information with third-party service providers (including payment processors), with the public when you enter a contest or post comments, in connection with a merger or acquisition, and as required for legal compliance, investigations or court orders. We may share aggregated, non-identifying information about how users collectively use the Services.
4. How We Protect Personal Information
We use industry-standard measures, including SSL, to protect your data. Access is limited to staff who need it. Financial data is anonymized. All Personal Information is stored in a password-secured database inside a Virtual Private Cloud (VPC). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; in the event of a breach we will act promptly to mitigate impact and notify affected users without undue delay.
5. Storage and Processing of Information
Personal Information is stored in a relational database tied to specific user records. Data may be processed or stored in the United States, Canada, Europe or any other country where we maintain facilities, and may be transferred to affiliates or third parties across borders. We retain Personal Information as long as necessary to provide the Services; you may contact us to request deletion at any time.
6. Third Party Collection of Information
This Privacy Policy does not apply to applications, technologies or websites owned or operated by other parties. Please review the relevant third party's terms, privacy policy, permissions and notices regarding their collection, storage and sharing practices, as they may differ from ours.
7. Do Not Track
Do Not Track is a privacy option that can be set in certain browsers. We do not currently recognize or respond to Do Not Track signals and do not have monitoring services to identify which browsers use this setting.
8. Your Rights
As a user you have the right to: know what Personal Information is collected; request disclosure of our collection and use in the past 12 months; request deletion (subject to exceptions); know whether and to whom your information is sold or shared and opt out of any sale; and not be charged a different price or receive different service for exercising these rights, subject to certain exceptions.
9. Accessing Your Personal Information
Registered users can access and control certain information through their profile, including username, email, profile picture, region, integration preferences, connected accounts and marketing/contact preferences. You may also request access by contacting our Privacy Officer at support@getboxora.com. Upon verifying your request we will disclose the categories of information collected, the sources, our purpose, third parties with whom we shared it, and the specific pieces of Personal Information.
10. Deletion of Personal Information
You may cancel your account or delete your Personal Information from your user profile, or request deletion by contacting support@getboxora.com. Once verified, we will delete (and instruct service providers to delete) your Personal Information unless an exception applies — for example to complete a transaction, detect fraud, debug, comply with legal obligations, or for internal uses reasonably aligned with the context in which the information was provided.
11. Opting Out
You can opt out of all marketing communications by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of emails, or changing your account settings on the platform. Please allow up to 10 days for your request to be processed.
12. Unregistered Users
If we process your Personal Information and you do not have an account, you may, subject to applicable law, access, update, alter, delete, or object to the processing of your information by contacting us at support@getboxora.com.
13. Response Timing and Format
We aim to respond to requests within forty-five (45) days. If we need more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you in writing. Disclosures cover the 12 months preceding the request. For data portability requests we will provide your information in a readily usable format. We do not charge a fee unless the request is excessive, repetitive or manifestly unfounded.
14. Age Restriction
The Services are not directed at individuals under 18 years old. By using the Services you confirm that you are at least 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from people under 18; if we learn we have, we will take appropriate steps to delete it. Parents or guardians of a minor who provided information should contact us.
15. Changes to the Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on the Services and take effect thirty (30) days after posting. For material changes we will provide notice on the platform at least 30 days before the change takes effect, or by email to your registered address. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
16. How to Contact Us
