Boxora Official Rules

Boxora is an online entertainment platform where participants can open curated mystery boxes for the chance to receive real, authentic products. Free promotional play is offered through Boxora Credits, which can be used to participate for a chance to win listed items. Boxora Credits have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred between users.

No purchase or payment of any kind is required to participate in the free promotional play. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Free Boxora Credits are made available through the methods listed in Section 5.

Boxes. Each box contains a defined set of items, each with a published cash value and win probability. When a box is opened, an item is selected from the box using a provably fair random process and awarded to the participant.

Battles. Two or more participants (or bots) open the same box or set of boxes at the same time. The winner is determined by the combined value of items received, in accordance with the mode selected.

Upgrades. A participant may stake credits for the chance to receive a selected item. The cost set by the participant determines the odds; outcomes are generated by the same provably fair random process.

Missions and Levels. Participants can earn Boxora Credits by completing on-platform missions and progress through levels as they engage with the platform. Levels are used to display achievements and to unlock additional missions.

Participation is open only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher) at the time of registration. Participation is void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law. It is the participant's sole responsibility to ensure that participation is lawful in their place of residence.

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members or members of the same household of Boxora and any party involved in the design, production or operation of the platform are not eligible to participate.

An account is required to participate. Each participant may hold only one account. Participation constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Rules and of Boxora's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the platform.

Bonus on Coin purchases. Participants may receive Boxora Credits as a bonus when purchasing Coins for on-platform use. The amount of bonus Credits is shown in the purchase window. All Coin purchases are final.

Missions and rewards. Boxora Credits may be earned by completing missions and platform activities, including community participation, daily check-ins and seasonal events.

Converting winnings. Participants may convert items they have won into Boxora Credits in accordance with Section 7, which are then credited to their account.

Free alternative entry. Where required by applicable law, Boxora offers a free alternative method of entry that does not require any purchase. Details and any geographic limitations are published on the support pages of the platform. The number and value of free entries available per participant in any given period may be limited.

Your Boxora Credit balance is displayed in your account. The amount of Credits granted as bonuses or rewards may be changed at any time at Boxora's sole discretion.

Boxora Credits may only be used to participate in promotional play on Boxora. Each game shows the Credits required to play and every possible item with its cash value and odds of being awarded. Odds and item lists may change; it is the participant's responsibility to review them before each play.

Use of any bot, script, automation tool or other system to register, accumulate Credits or play games is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification, account suspension and forfeiture of any Credits and unredeemed winnings. Credits may also be forfeited if an account is closed for any reason.

An item is awarded to the participant when the box is opened. Prizes are not finalised until the participant submits a valid redemption request. While in the participant's inventory, an item may be: (a) shipped to the participant's verified address (shipping fees may apply); (b) exchanged for Boxora Credits equal to the published cash value of the item; or (c) where supported, redeemed for the equivalent cash or alternative payout method offered by Boxora.

Cash and alternative payouts are only available where supported by Boxora and permitted by applicable law. Where offered, only Credits originally obtained by converting a won item under option (b) above are eligible for cash payout, and a minimum redemption threshold may apply. Credits topped up or received as a bonus are not redeemable for cash.

Specific items shown in a box are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable, Boxora may, in accordance with its Terms & Conditions, provide a comparable item of equal or greater value, or an equivalent amount of Boxora Credits. Boxora is not responsible for taxes, customs duties, shipping costs, foreign-exchange fees or any other charges associated with the receipt or redemption of a prize; these are the responsibility of the participant.

All winnings are subject to verification by Boxora. A participant is not a winner of any prize, even if the on-screen result indicates otherwise, until eligibility and the play have been verified and the participant has fully complied with these Rules. Screenshots or other purported evidence will not be accepted in lieu of Boxora's verification process.

Boxora may request identification, proof of address or any other documentation it considers reasonably necessary, including additional checks for higher-value prizes. If the requested documents are not provided within 90 days, the redemption request will be void and Boxora may suspend or close the account at its discretion.

Boxora may limit the number or value of redemptions processed per account in any given period in order to satisfy regulatory obligations or operational requirements. Redemption requests may take up to thirty (30) days to process and may experience additional delays during verification.

Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes consent to Boxora's use of the participant's username, in-platform avatar and the city/region of residence for promotional purposes related to the platform, without further compensation, notice or approval. Real names, photographs and other personal identifiers will not be used for promotional purposes without separate written consent.

Boxora may cancel, suspend or modify any promotion or these Rules, in whole or in part, where required by circumstances outside its reasonable control or where it determines, in its sole discretion, that fraud, technical failure or any other factor has impaired the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion. Any such change will be posted on the platform; continued participation after the change constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Boxora may disqualify any participant it finds to be tampering with the operation of any promotion, acting in violation of these Rules, or attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the platform. Any such attempt may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and Boxora reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure by Boxora to enforce any term of these Rules does not constitute a waiver of that term.

If Boxora mistakenly credits an account with prizes or Credits that do not belong to the participant, whether due to technical or human error, the amount remains the property of Boxora and may be deducted from the account. A participant who receives a prize that does not belong to them owes the value of that prize to Boxora as a debt, without prejudice to other available remedies.

These Rules are to be read together with the Boxora Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Where any term is defined in those documents, it has the same meaning here. It is the participant's responsibility to retain copies of these Rules and of their account activity. Communications regarding accounts and prizes will be sent only to the email address registered with the account.
