Customers purchase mystery boxes using supported payment methods and receive physical product allocations. Customers may choose to receive their physical products through fulfillment or convert eligible products into Boxora Credits for future purchases on the platform.
Boxora does not provide financial services, money transmission services, cash rewards, monetary payouts, or withdrawable account balances.

6. Boxora Credits Policy
Boxora Credits are internal store credits used exclusively within the Boxora platform.
Boxora Credits:
Are not cash
Are not cryptocurrency
Cannot be withdrawn
Cannot be transferred between users
Cannot be exchanged for monetary value
Cannot be used outside the Boxora platform
Boxora Credits are provided only for use toward future purchases on Boxora.
Customers may receive Boxora Credits when eligible physical products are converted instead of requesting physical fulfillment.
7. Prohibited Activities
Boxora prohibits activities including, but not limited to:
Fraudulent purchases
Unauthorized payment usage
